The Puente y Ganas Awards Ceremony honors local leaders and organizations who are building bridges (puentes) and bringing the determination (ganas) to uplift Sonoma County’s Latinx community.

New this year: We’ve refined the event into a focused breakfast ceremony celebration that centers the voices and achievements of our award recipients. By removing auctions, entertainment, and other elements, we’re creating space to fully recognize their impact and leadership.

What to expect at the Puente Y Ganas Awards Breakfast

This is an inspiring and uplifting breakfast that starts at 9am (doors open at 8:45am), featuring a delicious traditional Mexican breakfast prepared by fan favorite Frankie Lemus and the Sol Taqueria Azteca familia.

This year, we've intentionally streamlined the program to focus entirely on honoring the leaders and organizations making a lasting impact in our Latin community. There will be no Fund-A-Need segment — though we always welcome your continued support — so we can move straight into the heart of the event which is celebrating our award recipients. 

We will present three distinguished honors:

2. Puente Y Ganas Award - Business | Organization | Group
3. Puente Y Ganas Award - Campeón
